Berries

Berries are the newest craft in our lineup — high-altitude fruit, slow-dried whole and sweetened only with fruit juice. The difference from candied trail-mix berries is obvious from the first bite.
Berries buying guide
Reading a dried-berry label
The trick is the sweetener line. Most commercial dried berries are 40–60% added sugar or glucose syrup. Fruit-juice infusion — what we use — keeps tartness intact and the ingredient list clean. If a cranberry tastes like candy, it mostly is.
Why high-altitude fruit tastes deeper
At high altitudes berries ripen slowly through big day-night temperature swings, concentrating acids and anthocyanins. Slow low-temperature drying then preserves that intensity — dried berries begin as several times their weight in fresh fruit.
Everyday ways to use them
Cranberries: green salads with walnuts, pulao, granola, butter cookies. Blueberries: porridge, yoghurt bowls, pancakes, or straight from the pack. Both pair naturally with our honey and walnut kernels for a five-minute breakfast bowl.
